Shipping policy
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you don't receive it, contact our customer service via email hello@travelsocks.pt
When you complete a purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your order. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number. All orders sent have a tracking number.
Shipping costs and expected delivery time are as follows:
Portugal - Mainland
- 1,90€ - 1-2 working days (for orders placed until 6PM)
- 3,90€ - Same Day Delivery (for orders placed until 1PM to be delivered in Lisbon/Cascais/Oeiras)
- 5,00€ - 2 Hour Delivery (municipality of Lisbon)
Portugal - Madeira and Azores islands
- 1,90€ - 2/4 working days (for orders placed until 6PM)
Europe (6,90€)
- Standard delivery - 5 to 10 working days
Rest of the world (8,90€)
- Standard delivery - 5 to 10 days
All of our orders are sent through our partner Blink Delivery for Portuguese territory (https://www.blinkdelivery.pt/) and Iberomail for international orders (https://iberomail.com/pt/inicio/). As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking number. This number will let you track your order through the entire shipping process in the corresponding website.
Important notes:
- If, for some reason, you don't receive your order but the tracking information states that the package was delivered, Travel Socks will not be held responsible for it. We promise to make our best effort to try to understand with our partner if there was a specific problem but, if no solution arises from that contact, we will not refund any amount corresponding to the order.
- Any refund that needs to be made will be made 30 days after the order has been placed;
- Traveling Socks will only reimburse the customer with the amount paid for the products, that is, the amount of shipping costs will not be refunded;
- In order for the order to be refunded, the entire logistical process must be complete, that is, the carrier must automatically initiate the return to sender process (Travel Socks).
- Users are responsible for any clearance or customs fees charged at the country of destination. Such expenses may apply in accordance with the local law. All our products are shipped from Portugal, a European Union member country. Also, due to Covid-19, the expected delivery timeframe may suffer from slight delays.
